Late Summer PREP Session


4 Weeks of Summer to pour in a little more work to get prepped for the upcoming year. During these 4 weeks we will Learn new vaulting drills and LEARN TO JUMP HIGHER, and build Body Awareness, Work Capacity, & Pole Vault Specific Strength. The exercises, drills, & routines taught during this session will be used throughout the upcoming year. This is the best time to learn them thoroughly and properly so they can be useful tools all year long.

July 28th - August 20th, 2014
Mondays & Wednesdays 8:30-10:30 am
$40 /session or
$240 for the full 4 weeks.

*In case of rain, practice will be cancelled and make up session(s) will be held on Friday(s) 8:30-10:30 am.

Bring plenty of water - I will bring the shade!


Summer Schedule

Groups Sessions: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 9:00 am.

Private Sessions and Make Up Sessions for any missed practices due to weather will be available on Friday mornings.
