Cold weather has arrived! We will hold practice whenever we can and cancel when it is too cold or rainy. I will hold practice in pretty cold weather, but that only works if all the athletes come PREPARED! If it is cold, wear LOTS of layers, bring more in your bag, wear a hat and gloves, and bring a blanket. If you have packed your entire closet, then you are ready!

Warm Weather Finally... Let's Vault!

Okay, it finally looks like we are going to have a warm day tomorrow! Come on out and vault - 10-12. Remember though, that just because it is warmer than today, doesn't mean you don't need to wear warm clothes! It will still call for Jackets, pants, long sleeves, etc. See you then!

Practice CANCELLED Today

I really wanted to make it happen, but it is just TOO cold this morning! Current conditions saying 39 degrees outside, feels like 29 degrees. Too cold to be out there... and certainly too cold to get any good vaulting in without getting hurt. T'is the season!

Let's Vault - Dress Warm!

It will be cold tomorrow, but they are calling for sunshine, so let's go for it. Dress WARM - I mean 2-3 layers on bottom PLUS 2-3 layers on top PLUS a hat, PLUS a blanket so you can quickly wrap up your legs between jumps.  Happy New Year and see you tomorrow!
