Summer season is a great time to capitalize on all the work you've put in throughout the year. Train hard & learn more, plus attend great meets at Rice University and some FUN Beach and Lake Vaults!

High School Season Practice Schedule

February - April 2017

High School Season means weekly competitions and is busy and the schedule is always changing - so during this time we offer 2 group sessions per week, plus are available 2-3 days per week in addition for private/semi-private sessions. Come when you can, but we encourage you to come as often as you can, because practice is where you get better!

Tuesdays 5:00-6:30 pm
Saturdays 10:30-12:30 am

Spring Break Group Sessions
Monday March 13 & Wednesday March 15 
10:00am-12:00pm
*Possible additional morning session Thursday March 16 for athletes who really want to get some work in.

V-Edge Semi-Private Sessions
$50 per athlete for either 1 or 2 athletes
1 hour session
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, or Saturdays based on availability.
